How To Make An Essential Oil, Crystal Infused, Negative Energy Clearing Spray

   Negative Energy is something that we all have to deal with on a daily basis. Being intuitive, I am extremely sensitive to any negative energy or entities. Point blank, It just makes me feel bad. Whenever possible, I will clear my home, or the homes of friends in need. There are many methods I will use, depending on the type of negative energy present. Keep in mind, negative energy lingers. When I clear a house, I can actually feel the location in the home that an argument has taken place, even if it is long passed and over . 

   Most of the time I will clear a space with white Sage and Sweetgrass, ( read this blog for full detail on this process) https://spiritualdivajewelry.com/blogs/spiritual-diva-jewelry-news-and-healing-crystal-facts/how-to-smudge-clear-and-protect-your-space-from-negative-energy  Sometimes, I am in places where there cannot be smoke, so I use a clearing spray made with essential oils to clear a space. This Method can also be used for clearing crystals. You can use this spray to clear yourself of any negative attachments from people, your surroundings, or if you just need to uplift your mood . This spray can be used anywhere there is negative energy present. It is very easy to make, here is what you will need.

•  Frankincense Essential Oil
•  Myrrh Essential  Oil
• Clary Sage Essential Oil
•  Glass Spray Bottle
• 1 tbs Kosher salt 
• Distilled Water
• (Optional) Shungite and Clear Quartz chips, or small tumbled stones

  Please make sure to use pure therapeutic grade essential oils. I do not work for Young Living, or make any money for using their name, but I do trust that their oils are authentic, and have gone through the correct processing system. Be sure to use a GLASS spray bottle, because essential oils can break down plastic and you will be breathing the toxins it breaks down. Also, if you are using Shungite chips, this crystal will absorb anything toxic including the plastic from a bottle.

  The Essential oils I have chosen have a very high vibration and powerful energetic clearing properties .

Frankincense  clears the air of negativity. It removes negative influences in the body, aura, psychic and environment.  

Myrrh Guards against evil and psychic attack. It brings peace, and helps to maintain a state of enlightenment, but also clears negative energy and illusions that stand in the way of seeing the truth.

Clary Sage neutralizes existing negativity and makes a psychic shield against tensions. Historically used by Native Americans to clear the air of negativity

Adding an Elixir of Shungite and Clear Quartz is optional, but it does make this mixture more powerful! To make this elixir soak Clear Quartz and Shungite Crystals for 24 hours in an uncovered glass pitcher. You can also add small chips right into the glass spray bottle you will be using. If you only have large pieces of these crystals that won't fit into your spray bottle, then u can use the charged water. These crystals have strong abilities to clear negative energy. read why below.

Shungite is said to calm and relax anyone using or near it. This is due to its protective energies and rejection of negative energy. It provides shielding and protection from EMF electromagnetic radiation . It is the only known natural material known to contain fullerenes, which are powerful anti-oxidants. It absorbs and eliminates anything that is a health hazard to human life, and it has active metaphysical properties with strong healing and energetic cleansing powers. Shungite infuses your auric field with light, and it allows only positive and beneficial energy to reach you.

Clear Quartz can give you an instant energetic lift. It can act as a filter against negativity, and help you to transform the energetic disposition of a room, because it disperses light and positive energy. It is also an energy amplifier which will magnify the effect of the Shungite, making it even more powerful.

Kosher salt is another ingredient I use. Any kind of salt has cleansing and clearing properties, but Kosher salt is blessed by a Rabi making the cleansing properties more powerful. It clears the aura of a person or an environment of leftover psychic energy. It protects against psychic attacks, and disables unwanted negative entities.

Making Your Clearing Spray

Using a funnel pour the elixir or distilled water into your spray bottle. Leave enough room for oils crystals and salt. Add 1 TBS of Kosher salt . Remove the funnel and add your Clear Quartz and Shungite crystal chips if desired. Add your essential oils as follows. These measurements are for a 4oz bottle, cut in half for a 2oz, and double for 8oz. 

10 drops of Frankincense 

10 drops of Myrrh

10 drops of Clary Sage

After the ingredients are added, hold the bottle in your hands and envision a white light coming from the crown of your head, down your arms, into your hands, and into the bottle. How To Smudge Clear And Protect Your Home From Negative Energy

  Being intuitive, I am extremely sensitive to any negative energy or entities. Point blank, It just makes me feel bad. Whenever possible, I will clear my home, or the homes of friends in need. There are many methods I will use, depending on they type of negative energy present. Keep in mind, negative energy lingers. When I clear a house, I can actually feel the location in the home that an argument has taken place, even if it is long passed and over . 

 One of my favorite ways to clear a home is by using White Sage and Sweet Grass. Sage or smudging is used to clear the negative energies, spirits and influences, while the sweet grass will gather new and positive energies and spirits. I usually use four or five pieces, each representing one of the four or five elements Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and sometimes spirit energy. I use an Abalone Shell to represent water, unlit herbs represent earth, lit herbs represent fire, the smoke and feather represent air, and a crystal of choice for spirit energy. Feather fans aid in the smudging process and have the effect of combing the human aura, which helps with cleansing and restoring balance in your energy field. You can also clear your crystals with this method.
  When clearing a space I use loose herbs which I put in the center of my Abalone Shell. You can also buy smudge sticks which are pre made and bundled on Amazon, or at Whole foods. I will then set an intention to rid the space of anything that is of a lower vibration or energy.  I open a door or a window, while smudging, I envision white light, and positive energy filling the space, and envision a black cloud of negative energy leaving through the open window or door. 

  After lighting my herbs in my Abalone Shell, I use the feather to build up a good smoke. Starting at the front door, working my way around the space clockwise, and making sure I waft the smoke around all windows, and in corners with my feather, until I end up at the door where I started . At the end of this ritual I will smudge myself, and all others present by tracing the body with the smoke to dispel any lingering energetic attachments. If others are present, I will have them sit in a circle holding hands, and have them envision a white ball of light coming from the center of the circle and filling the entire space with positive energy.        

  When smudging crystals, run them through the smoke for about a minute setting the intention for it to be cleared of any negative energy. Holding them in your right hand, envision a white light coming from the crown of your head, filling your body, and then filling the crystal with white light. Your crystal is now cleared and charged.

  Sometimes, I am in places where there cannot be smoke, so I use a clearing spray made with Young Living essential oils to clear a space. I use this brand because I trust they are pure therapeutic grade. This Method can also be used for clearing crystals. I use a spray bottle and combine distilled water, 1 tsp Kosher or sea salt, Shungite and Clear Quartz crystal chips, and the following essential oils.  Repeat the same ritual as when smudging for both space and crystal clearing.

After clearing I will sometimes grid a space with crystals for protection, or to prevent  a negative energy or entity from returning. Before I place the crystals, I sprinkle kosher salt in the 4 corners of a home or space, then place the crystals. 

Black Tourmaline is one of my favorite crystals to grid with because it is among one of the most protective crystals. It protects against all forms of negative energies, and transmutes it to positive energies. I actually make jewelry with Black Tourmaline to be worn for this purpose.

Visualize the  crystals being connected energetically with a white protective, energetic shield around your house or space that is radiating from the crystals.
